(Reservations required by the prior Friday at 4pm)

Golden Yoga Saturdays at 2pm - For people with more serious injuries, older practitioners and people who just want to give it a try!

Kid's Yoga on designated Sundays at noon. Please call studio to confirm dates. (Ages 8-12) - no heat just a warm room

Visiting Bikram Yoga Teachers Who Would Like to Practice at our Studio:

Must contact us before visiting and give us all personal information via email or phone call.
Information needed includes:

• Studio(s) where you teach and practice
• Year of certification
• Place of residence
• Contacts at our studio (other teachers or the owner)

If you plan on visiting without contacting us prior to dropping by, you will be charged the regular student fee of $20.
