| Student Information:
· No reservations are required
· Please wear light, non-restrictive comfortable clothing
· Be sure to arrive hydrated and on an empty stomach; you should not eat 2 to 3 hours prior to class
· Please bring water, towel and a yoga mat which will all be available for purchase
· Please avoid wearing perfumes and lotions which can affect your practice as well as distract others
FIRST TIME STUDENTS:
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early for a personalized consultation to prepare you for class. |
